Why People Are Addicted to Sugar and Coffee

The reason so many people are addicted to sugar and coffee is simply because their diets consist primarily of foods that are dead! Our bodies crave Live Energy, but most of our food has been cooked, processed, pasteurized, and/or chemically and preservative laden. This is not what our bodies were made to consume. So we try to make up for the lack of energy but adding these health depleting stimulants rather than changing our diets.

Many people try to correct their nutritional deficiencies by adding nutritional supplements to their daily diet. Unfortunately, synthetic vitamin pills, that are laden with synthetic chemicals and inorganic minerals, cannot help because the substances in these pills are not the same as the living nutrients in REAL fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. For Real Nutrition you need Real Food that has not been altered in any way. The answer is just common sense, but not so easy to accomplish in our busy world. The Government says we should be eating 5 to 9 servings of fresh fruits and vegetables every day. But we know this is not practical for most people.
So we have to search for other ways to fulfill our bodies' needs.
